Our Rabbits.
We currently raise Californian rabbits as a meat source. Californian rabbits stand out in the white rabbit category because of their coloring — they have dark markings on their ears, nose and feet. These rabbits are a very healthy source of protein and will usually dress out to a 2-3 pound carcass.
