Sales Agreement

Royall Acres Farm requires a deposit to hold any goat listed for sale. The deposit is 50% of the listed price of the goat and is non-refundable.

Once a deposit is received, the buyer has 14 days to pick up the goat(s) from our farm, unless other prior arrangements are made.

Kids that are dam raised can be picked up at weaning which is between 8-10 weeks of age. After 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and the goat will be relisted for sale.

Payment can be made via PayPal, cash, or postal money order. Checks are not accepted. Goats must be paid for in full prior to leaving our farm.

All bucklings must be purchased prior to weaning or they will be wethered and sold as pets or companions. We reserve the right of discretion to which bucklings are acceptable to be left intact and which are not.

All our goats and kids are registerable with ADGA and AGS. All kids will receive their CD/T vaccine, have fecals (and dewormed, if warranted) and be disbudded if needed, prior to leaving our farm.

Once a goat leaves Royall Acres Farm, we cannot be held liable for injury, illness, or death of that animal. If you produce a vet report stating that the injury, illness, or cause of death was present at the time of sale, we will give you credit toward a new kid, or in some cases, a refund.
